Home to a heritage flock of free-range, grass & herb fed sheep. giving our lamb, hogget, mutton its naturally delicious flavour. Our Saddlebacks and Mid White pigs roam the woodland, foraging for fallen acorns that lend a distinctive depth of flavour to our pork.
