Organic British Honey

Produced by our own bees right here on Carcini Hill Farm, every jar tells the story of a healthy ecosystem and a gentle, chemical-free approach to beekeeping.

We don’t add anything. We don’t take anything away. This is real honey, just as nature intended.

Hand-harvested in small batches, our honey captures the wildflowers, hedgerows and seasonal blooms that surround the farm. It’s rich, golden, and packed with the character of the land, a true reflection of our commitment to organic, sustainable practices.

Perfect stirred into porridge, drizzled over yoghurt, spread on toast or simply spooned straight from the jar (we won’t judge).

It may arrive solid or go solid over time. This is an indication or purity and quality. Simply heat slowly to return to a lovely, runny texture.

By choosing our honey, you're supporting ethical farming, local biodiversity and a family-run farm that’s doing things differently, for the good of people, pollinators and the planet.

Our honey may arrive set or may naturally crystallise over time. This is a completely natural process and a true sign of purity and quality — nothing added, nothing taken away. To return it to a smooth, runny texture, simply warm the jar gently in a bowl of hot water.

Keep your jar and return with your next order to help the environment. As a thank you for returns we make a donation annually to the British Bee Charity, where all funds go towards the welfare of bees.
